Terms of service
These terms cover the tour packages and trip planning we provide in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. By confirming a booking with us, you're agreeing to them.
Quotes
A quote we send you is valid for 7 days. Hotel and ferry inventory moves quickly in season, so after that we'll re-check availability and re-quote if anything has changed. Prices can move with government charges, fuel surcharges or currency — if that happens before you confirm, we'll tell you first.
Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed when we receive the advance payment stated on your quote — until then, nothing is held. The balance is due as per the schedule on your quote, before travel, and we'll always confirm receipt in writing. Please give us accurate traveller details; the lead traveller must be 18 or over, and anyone under 18 needs to travel with a parent or guardian.
What a package includes
Your written quote lists exactly what's included — typically accommodation, transfers, ferry tickets and the activities named in the itinerary. Unless your quote says otherwise, it does not include airfare to the islands, meals beyond the breakfasts listed, personal expenses, tips or travel insurance. We may adjust an itinerary for weather, government rules or other things outside our control, and will arrange an alternative of similar value when we do.
Travel documents
Every traveller needs valid government photo ID; foreign nationals need a valid passport and Indian visa. We'll help arrange the permits some islands require, but we need your documents in good time — at least 15 days before travel — and keeping your papers valid and current is your responsibility.
Best-price guarantee
If you show us a written quote from another operator for the same itinerary — same hotels, same room categories, same dates, same inclusions — and it's lower than ours, we'll match it. That's the whole guarantee: like-for-like, in writing, before you book. It doesn't apply to different hotels, off-menu discounts, or quotes produced after you've confirmed with us.
Our responsibilities, and their limits
We plan your trip, make the bookings, and stay reachable while you're on the islands. Ferries, flights, hotels and activities are run by third-party operators, and sea conditions here are decided by the weather, not by us. When a ferry or activity is cancelled by its operator or by the port authority, we'll rework your day and rebook what we can — but we act as the intermediary for those operators and can't be held liable for their acts, omissions, delays or cancellations, nor for events beyond anyone's control such as weather, natural events, strikes or government action. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services you booked with us; we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and we can't be responsible for your personal belongings during the trip. Adventure activities are undertaken at your own risk, and some operators may ask you to sign their own waiver. How refunds work when things are cancelled is set out in our cancellation policy.
On the trip
We ask you to travel respectfully — towards other guests, our team, local communities and the sea. The reefs and marine life here are fragile; please don't litter or damage them, and follow local laws and the guidance of your guides. We may end services, without refund, for behaviour that puts others or the environment at risk.
