Privacy policy
We're a small tour operator in Port Blair. We collect the minimum we need to plan your trip, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it. That's the whole policy — the sections below spell it out.
What we collect
When you enquire over WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive whatever you send us — typically your name, contact number, travel dates, group size and preferences. We don't run accounts, and this website doesn't ask you to sign up for anything.
How we use it
To prepare your quote and itinerary, to make your bookings, and to reach you about the trip you asked about. We do not sell your data, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Who else sees it
Two kinds of third parties, and only these: WhatsApp (Meta) carries our messages when you choose to contact us on that channel, under Meta's own terms; and the ferry operators, hotels and activity providers we book for you receive the details they need to confirm your reservation — nothing more.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own. If we add essential, privacy-respecting analytics later, we'll name the tool here.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as we need them to run your trip and meet our accounting obligations, then deleted.
Deleting your data
Write to info@tropicalandamans.com and ask. We'll confirm what we hold about you and delete it, unless a law requires us to keep a booking record for a set period.
